Use of the maillymarche.com website implies acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose of the site

The site is for informational and promotional purposes relating to the photography services offered by Mailly Marche (pregnancy, maternity, newborn, birth story, family) in the Lake Como, Porlezza and Lugano area. Online purchases are not available on the site; bookings are made through direct contact (email, phone, contact form).

2. Booking of services

Requesting information through the site does not constitute a booking. A booking is finalised upon signature of the photography service contract and payment of the required deposit (equal to 30% of the total amount, as specified in the contract), subject to the conditions set out therein, including cancellation policies.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on the site (photographs, text, logos, graphic elements) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, downloaded or reused without written authorisation, except for normal sharing through the features provided by social networks (Instagram, Facebook).

4. Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google). The Data Controller is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such external sites.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". While we strive to keep it up to date and functional, we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or technical errors.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian  law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [city], except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
